12:30am
我坐在他兩的床邊還沒走呢！
睡夢中的路路大聲而清晰的喊道：「哥哥，要刷牙洗澡了。」安靜數十秒鐘以後，大聲喊：「好臭！好臭！」再過幾秒鐘，非常小聲的呢喃：「我要pee pee了。」媽媽聽到這裡趕緊把路路抱起來，小姑娘於是乎尿了我一身的睡衣。換了床單以後，小姑娘接著睡了，中間迷迷糊糊的，似乎一點兒沒醒
3:00am~4:30am
路路兩度遊走到我們房間，健記把她領了回去，第三次又來了，我們終於許了他可以在我的床邊打地舖。她堅持要拉著手睡，我的手酸了，好不容易勸說她放開了手，她卻顯得躁動不安。健記擔心我沒有休息，讓我跟他換了床位，小妞見勢立馬站起身來，拖著自己的被子往床的另外一邊走，口中喃喃有詞：「我要睡媽媽旁邊。」
5:10am
隔壁睡夢中的勒勒突然放聲尖叫大哭：「不是這樣。不是這樣。」一經查問，他說：「我想要吃這一種麵，但是媽媽要我吃那一種麵。
（顯然在夢中吃著麵呢！）
6:30am
勒勒帶著他的被子來了，看見他的老位置上面竟然躺著妹妹，依然故我的把自己擠在妹妹旁邊。
8:00am
我們起床看見兩個孩子七橫八豎的睡在我旁邊的地舖上。新的一天又要開始。
我們家的夜裡很熱鬧，這只是其中一個例子而已。

11:45pm
I had not
gone to bed. Sean woke up and asked for my company. I took him back to his room
and stayed with him.
12:30am
I had not
left the room yet. Lyla shouted loudly and clearly, ”Brother, it is time to
take a shower and brush your teeth.”
A few
seconds later, she said, “Smelly! Smelly!”
About
another ten seconds later, she murmured with a very low voice, “I need to go
pee pee.”
I jumped
up and picked her up. Right after that, she peed all over my sleeping gown.
After I changed
her pants and bed sheets, I gently laid her back on her bed. It looked like she
never woke up.
Between 3:00am
and 4:30am
Lyla woke
up and came to our room. Chienchi took her back to her room. She came out again
about fifteen minutes later. Chienchi took her back to her room again and
stayed with her for a while. When she came to our room the third time, both of
us were too tired to get up and take her back. Therefore, we allowed her to
sleep by the side of our bed, my side, with her own blanket. After everything
was settled, she asked Mommy to hold her hand, and I did it for a while. My arm
got sore and I told her that she needed to learn to sleep without Mommy holding
her hand. She finally let go, but became very restless and kept making all kinds
of sounds. Chienchi was worried that I was too tired and tried to switch places
with me on the bed. Right after Lyla noticed that, she stood up and dragged her
blanket toward the other side of the bed and said, “I want to sleep by Mommy.” I
had to switch with Chienchi again. I do not remember when she finally fell
asleep.
5:10am
Sean
shouted and screamed from the next door, “It is not like that! It is not like
that.”
“What is
going on?” Dad asked
“I want
to eat this kind of noodles, but Mommy wants me to eat that kind of noodles.”
Apparently,
he was eating the noodles while he was sleeping.
Around
6:30am
Sean came
to our room with his blanket. He noticed that Lyla was in his spot. He still
squeezed himself in with Lyla on the floor. I was too tired to get up; I just
gave him a glance to make sure he was warm enough.
8:00am
We woke
up and noticed that the two kids were lying on the floor by my side in very funny
directions. A new day was going to start again.
We usually
have very numerous and unusual events going on during the nights in our house.
This was just one of the example of them.
